We typically arrive 1-2 hours before your event to set up. For more complex setups, such as additional services like pipe and drape, decor, or ceremony services, we may arrive earlier. We’ll always coordinate with your venue to ensure we have enough time to set everything up, perform sound checks, and add any final touches before your guests arrive.
